I have a wide range of education experience across NZ’s tertiary sector in leading change with a people-centric communication approach. With a keen interest in policy, evidence-based practice and research my focus is on improving learner outcomes for all. My strengths are in programme management; in building relationships; in leading change; in fostering innovation and creativity; in business advisory and governance roles; and in facilitating learning for individuals and groups (online and face-to-face). I am known for my ability in influencing and growing leadership capability. I bring fresh thinking, constructive challenge and energy.
