We've partnered with your Ministry of Education Central East SELO team to bring you the Growing Great Teams Project. This FULLY FUNDED professional development has been especially designed for your leadership team including your centre owner, centre manager, curriculum leaders, head teachers and team leaders. 

Growing Great Teams is a professional learning and development (PLD) programme designed to strengthen leadership in Early Childhood Centres. Through interactive workshops, online progress reviews, and personalised support, this programme equips leaders with the tools to build strong, collaborative teams and create a thriving centre culture.

Programme Structure:

• Workshop 1 (In-Person) – We will explore the foundations of shared leadership, creating a shared vision and how to build team culture, trust, and collaboration.

• Progress Review Webinar (Online) –  cohort-based Zoom session to reflect on progress, share challenges, and gain support.

• Workshop 2 (In-Person) – We will explore self awareness, team dynamics, strategic planning, effective communication, how to lead through change and how to sustain high performance.

• Progress Review Team Hui (Online or In-Person) –  A tailored hui just for your centre with one-on-one guidance from a facilitator

This hands-on PLD empowers leaders to drive meaningful change, foster accountability, and embed sustainable practices in their teams.
