With 30 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) sector, I have
worked in a variety of roles, from teacher and tutor to curriculum leader, and for the
past seven years, as the operations manager for a group of community-based
centres in Auckland. My diverse background allows me to empower kaiako and
leaders through a collaborative approach that values their expertise while offering
guidance.
I have a proven track record of helping teams align with a unified vision, supporting
them through strategic planning, internal evaluations, productive staff meetings, and
