Workshop 2 (In-Person) – We will explore self awareness, team dynamics, strategic planning, effective communication, how to lead through change and how to sustain high performance.
Progress Review Team Hui (Online or In-Person) – A tailored hui just for your centre with one-on-one guidance from a facilitator
As part of the Growing Great Teams PLD project, each participating centre will receive a one-on-one support session with a facilitator. This personalised hui is a chance for your leadership team to discuss progress, share challenges, and receive tailored guidance to strengthen your team and leadership practices.
