What can I expect?

If you feel like you ‘were thrown in the deep end” when you became an ECE service leader then this workshop is for you. This information packed webinar will give you an overview of everything you need to know as an ECE service leader.

• Exploring topics such as whanau involvement and valuing your staff.

Early Childhood Team Leaders, Centre Managers and Owners.

Who is the workshop facilitator?

Elin has over 15 years experience in the Early Childhood Education sector and has worked across a range of educational settings.  She has a passion for supporting leaders and Kaiako on their learning journeys. Elin has a broad range of experience in developing curriculum, policies and procedures with the ability to implement these collaboratively. Bringing kaiako together and supporting practice growth is what brings her the most joy.
