Creating a Clear Vision and Team Culture

In this workshop participants will explore what makes a team thrive, and learn how to co-create a compelling vision and a strong team culture that connects, motivates, and aligns people. Together, we’ll unpack the elements that give a team meaning, direction, and identity , and how to bring that to life in everyday practice. Participants will walk away with tools to define or refresh their team vision and intentionally shape the culture they want to be known for.
