About the Workshop

Sustaining high-quality, compliant practice requires more than systems: it requires clear evidence, visibility, and ongoing assurance. This workshop supports leaders to strengthen how governance, documentation, and evaluation processes are embedded within their service. Participants will explore how to make systems visible, intentional, and aligned with both regulatory expectations and everyday practice, ensuring that compliance is not only achieved but clearly demonstrated.

Through practical reflection and discussion, leaders will examine how to use data and documentation to inform decision-making and continuous improvement. This includes reviewing emergency plans and drill processes, analysing accident and incident data to identify patterns and hazards, and strengthening internal review practices. The session also supports leaders to prepare for ongoing regulatory and ERO expectations, refining action plans and building clarity around what strong evidence of effective practice looks like within their own context.
