Leveraging Linguistic Diversity and "The Science of Reading"

In this workshop participants will learn about the importance of "The Science of Reading" and effective teacher practice in early literacy and unpack the strengths that language diversity and language learning provides for tamariki.

• Do some 'myth busting' about tamariki who are learning English as a additional language

• How to leverage the linguistic diversity of tamariki in your care
