Professional Growth Cycles - How am I going and where to next?

This webinar is designed to support kaiako and leaders in understanding, engaging with, and strengthening their Professional Growth Cycles (PGCs) as outlined by the Teaching Council of Aotearoa New Zealand.

We’ll explore how the PGC framework moves beyond compliance, encouraging rich professional dialogue, meaningful goal setting, and authentic reflection. Through this session, participants will deepen their understanding of the question "How am I going and where to next?" and how it can guide continuous learning, inquiry, and growth.
