In this workshop, we will look at different strategies to make recruitment a meaningful and positive process, especially during the current challenge of teacher shortages. Sharing real experiences and lessons learned, together we will work through each step of what makes an effective recruitment process. Learning Outcomes - Learn about each step of the recruitment process, from reading CVs to interviews and reference checks. - Reflect on the needs of your centre. - Consider the next steps involved in employing and inducting a new team member.
