Empower kaiako with inclusive, neuro-affirming strategies that support the learning, wellbeing and belonging of all tamariki. This workshop explores strengths-based approaches, inclusive environments, emotional regulation, social connection and sensory needs while strengthening partnerships with whānau and specialists. Learning Outcomes - Develop a strengths-based understanding of neurodiversity in the early years. - Design inclusive, low-barrier environments that promote participation and equity. - Strengthen strategies for emotional regulation, social connection and sensory needs. - Partner effectively with whānau and specialists. - Align inclusive practice with Te Whāriki and Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
