Service Description

Successful transitions begin long before children enter the classroom. This workshop explores how early childhood settings can build the confidence, resilience and learning foundations that support children and whānau throughout the transition-to-school journey. Learning Outcomes - Understand what supports successful transitions. - Strengthen oral language, early literacy and self-regulation. - Build strong partnerships with whānau and local schools. - Foster children’s confidence, independence and belonging. - Align transition practices with Te Whāriki and the New Zealand Curriculum.
