Kylie Wallace
ECE Consultant
I am an experienced Early Childhood Education professional with over a decade of leadership, teaching, and curriculum support experience across a range of early learning environments. I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning spaces where tamariki feel a strong sense of belonging and are empowered to thrive.
Throughout my career, I have worked in roles including Kaiako, Head Teacher, Curriculum Lead, 2IC, and Centre Manager, and I currently support teaching teams through curriculum leadership and mentoring. I have extensive experience working alongside kaiako to strengthen teaching practice, guide internal evaluations, and build meaningful assessment and planning processes that reflect the learning journeys of children.
I believe strong relationships are at the heart of quality education. I value collaboration with whānau and teaching teams, and I work to ensure learning experiences align with Te Whāriki while also meeting licensing and regulatory requirements. I also enjoy supporting professional growth through coaching, modelling, and professional development facilitation.
As an ECE consultant, I bring practical knowledge, calm leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement, helping centres build confident teaching teams and deliver high-quality learning outcomes for tamariki.
