My 20 year teaching and leadership journey in ECE has woven through centre based and home based settings, carrying me into roles as a manager, parent coach, lecturer, and consultant specialising in infant and toddler pedagogy, staff development, policy design, and regulatory compliance.

I work alongside managers to transform quality assurance from a checklist into a genuine culture of excellence, while supporting kaiako to recognise their own strengths and develop the confidence and purpose they need to achieve best practice.

My academic grounding in psychology, counselling, guidance, and life coaching gives me a lens that stretches beyond curriculum into human development, adult learning, and hauora that sustains thriving ECE communities.

At my core, I am driven by a simple belief: empowered kaiako create empowered tamariki. I am passionate about nurturing strong leaders, elevating teaching practice, and fostering engaging, high-quality and thriving early learning environments.
